Philosophy Statement
The St. Christopher School community believes that a
Catholic education is developed within the parish school
and supported by the faith community. While parents are
the primary educators of their children, the education of
Catholic citizens is the joint responsibility of the parents,
the school, and the Church. The development of the
whole child - the mind, body, soul, and spirit - can be
achieved through a quality Catholic education centered on
the message of Jesus. Students are encouraged to
appreciate their own self worth and continue to develop
their talents. The St. Christopher education promotes
students’ awareness of their lifelong responsibilities to
God, themselves, the Earth, and our global community.
