Our Admissions Process

We are a Catholic parish K-8 school that fosters academic excellence in a family-oriented community.  We invite you to visit our campus to learn more about us and connect with our staff at one of our upcoming Open House events.

1.

Tour the School

 

Drop in tours are available every Wednesday.  Simply call the front office and let us know you’d like to drop by: 408-723-7223.

Deliver Additional Documents

Please promptly submit a copy of the below to the front office:

  • Birth Certificate

  • Baptismal Certificate

  • Immunization Records

  • Family Photograph

  • Teacher evaluation forms.

  • Letter of recommendation

  • Applicants for grades 1-8, please also include a copy of the child's last two report cards.

Please either mail these documents to the school front office, fax to 408-978-5458, or email.

Request Teacher Evaluation

Have your child's current teacher fill out the appropriate evaluation form below:

Child's current teachers can fax 408-978-5458, email or postal mail the completed forms to St. Christopher School.

Completed teacher evaluations are due to the school office.

Pay Application Fee

A $75 application fee is due with the application. Please click on the PayPal link below to pay with your PayPal Account or Debit/Credit Card.

Schedule Evaluation

 

 

Evaluations will be scheduled with the front office once the application is submitted, application fee is paid, and all additional documents have been processed.

Kindergarten priority evaluations will be held on January 11th, 2020, time to be determined.

7.

Financial Aid

Any family wishing to receive financial assistance for tuition must apply each year. Please use this link to complete your Financial Aid Application. Incomplete applications cannot be considered for financial assistance. Contact the school office at (408) 723-7223 or school front office.

Acceptance Notification:
 A welcome or waiting list letter will be sent to families within two weeks of screening/testing. If accepted, a non-refundable registration fee is required to enroll the child in school.
Please Note:
 Students entering into Kindergarten must be five years of age on or before September 1 for the following school year.
